This is an extremely nutrient-rich soil, perfect for flowering plants with extremely high nutrient needs or as a mixer for other potting soils. The concentration of nutrients in this soil is ideal for long-term fertility stability. I am super happy with this product; you can literally tell how nutrient-dense it is just from opening the bag and looking at it. I ordered this specifically to repot a 5-year-old wisteria tree that I am growing as a bonsai project. It has really high nutrient needs during its growth and flowering periods, and I was totally unable to keep up with it using standard fertilizers. This product seems to have helped it immensely : it looked better after only a few days and even showed noticeable new growth. It holds moisture really well, but not to a problematic degree.

I haven’t planted in this Soil Sunrise “Sticky Blooms” potting mix yet, but I’m already very impressed just from opening the bag. The soil looks fresh, healthy, and has a nice chunky texture with excellent aeration and looks like it will hold moisture well. What I really like is that it already includes quality amendments like worm castings, bat guano, and kelp, exactly the things I usually end up mixing in myself. This should make transplanting much simpler and more effective, I’ll be doing a couple of small transplants this weekend, can't wait to see the results. So far, the presentation, texture, and smell all look and feel premium. The bag is also well-designed and resealable. Excited to see how well this soil works, this seems like a great choice for anyone growing flowering plants! Recommended based on first impressions.

I got this potting mix to use with my indoor and outdoor plants. I have a bunch of philos, monsteras and hibiscus. I do mix it with other ingredients to make it a bit chunkier for my indoor plants. There is no strong odor and smells like soil. When mixing i would recommend dampening it first as the soil is rather powdery and kicks up “dust” clouds. Other than that it mixes well. It looks good and dark like worm castings with little bits or orchid bark. It seems to be of good quality as my plants are very happy and thriving. Having it in a resealable bag makes it easier to use and store. Really good nutrient rich soil for those tropical plants. Nice price.
